I heard Dr. Hill early on a Sunday morning radio program. I thought I was doing well with my diet until he mentioned that dairy and fish are also sources of cholesterol! As a so-called vegetarian, I should have known that my yogurt, salmon and occasional pad of butter in oatmeal were partial reasons for my LDL to rise. Therefore, I purchased the book and learned quite a bit about major diseases and which foods affect the body.

If you are on a journey to good health, I highly recommend this book. It is the first one that made me look at my good vegetarian diet and see a way to change it for the better!
